We know that the touch pad used presently  in all laptops are difficult in moving the pointer, selecting an item and double clicking,  everybody will agree that they are not ergonomical for long time use also. The conventional mouse are also not much ergonomical since we have to move the entire hand to and fro manytimes which are known to be causing hand shivering and pain in the wrist on long term use. On continuous usage your skin on contact with the mouse pad will become harder and vulger.
I like to suggest a solution for this by using a small joystick (with two mose button and 180 degree rotation) which can be built in to the lap top adjacent to the keyboard witha provision to hold it in to the groove. This will be more ergonomical and easy to use whcih can also move the pointer more faster and accurate since you can effectively control your hand unlike in the mouse and touch pad. By providing blue tooth connectivity this joystick may be fit on the chair's arm rest. This will make you sit comfortably and ergonomically supporting your back on the chair which will also avoid stretching forward to access the mouse. Since it can be fitted to the chair there is no need for table top to support the mouse. Thus ultimately you can control your mouse movement easily relaxing on your chair. I strongly belive that it is economical also.
Thank you.
