Create a basic needs laptop which can be purchased for around $200. Currently I have been purchasing used Dell Latitudes and using them for basic computing, and internet surfing.  I currently has six of them in my classroom and would love to be able to provide more.  If you could capture this target market early and keep them with a good, reliable basic product you would have a customer for life.
