Respected Sir,

I had kindly asked you to reply to my mail which I had send to you a week ago regarding my problems which I am going through my LAPTOP. Sorry to tell you, but you and your employees are such shameless that you don't have any responsibility on the customer's who are facing with the product.

So many times I called you and send mails too but not a single steps had been taken from yours side. Your behavior is totally -------- my mind.
Tell me clearly what do you want? Because now I am in a position that I am just stopping myself to use any abusive language.You and your company is totally a .....

The day before yesterday, one of your employee called me and told me that the company is thinking to give me the refund of my laptop, but I am not satisfy with the offer because the laptop which I am using have all the facilities which I want for my personal use and you know the price value of the laptops right now and thats why, what should I get by taking the refund from you? And that’s why I am not happy with the offer. It’s much better that please you exchange my laptop and its a request to you. Now, I am in a place that I am feeling to cry as the behavior which your employees are making with me. I don’t know about your decision but if your company will behave like this with all of your customers then no one will trust your company anymore because your employees are always teasing me and trying to putting me in fear by telling me that I cant be able to do anything to the company whether I file a case too into the consumer court. So, tell me how should I react. I am just waiting for your reply Sir.

Respected Sir,
 
With due respect I want to tell you that I am a
customer and I am suffering from some problems regrading your product
from last seven to eight months but I didn't got any proper service
from your side. And now if I call you to register my problem coming
through my laptop then your employees didn't lock any records of my
call or the kind of service which I got on behalf of your companies
side and if your employees lock the records of my problem then how
could they closed the matter without knowing me or without satisfying
me on that matter. Many times I called to the customer care and told
them about the problem regarding my laptop but I didn't get any proper
service.
 
Today one of your employee called me and informed
me that he was blocking my warantee period service and after that I
wont get any service from yours side and when I asked him that how
could he do this to me, he replied it was a decision taken by his
seniors.
 
Now tell me sir that what was my fault. If I didn't
get satisfied from the service then it is obvious that I will call
your employees again and ask them to solve my problem. But sorry to
tell you, yours employees didn't help me at any matter. On the other
side your employees are calling me and annoying me that they wont
provide me any service as they are blocking me.
I am just requesting you to solve my problem personally.
