Dell community member awards

Promote

Why not have a vote once a year on the different Dell community site, where they select users for different awards. Things like: Most helpful, funniest ect.. Dell could send the winners some kind of prize and add a special avitar to their user name or something. It would give some recognition to the people that spend alot of time on your sites and encourage others to participate more often.

    Hmm, grumbler is right I can't seem to get to the community site or on Dell.com. Thanks for the nominations guys. I got a nice email from Dell asking if the wording was OK before they posted it.

Here is the messaging that is on the nomination form: The Member Spotlight is intended to recognize valuable members of the Community who have shown a willingness to share their knowledge, experience, ideas and comments with both Dell and our Community members. This is your chance to spotlight individuals who are making a difference. Our Community team will review your submissions to determine the next Member Spotlight. Members can be nominated from any Dell online community. You can only submit one member a week. Sean M

    All Today, Sep 24, any member of the Dell Community can nominate someone for Dell Community spotlight (www.dell.com/community). The link goes to a short nomination form and then to our Dell mailbox for review. This nomination process compliments the periodic selection by Dell moderators on Direct2Dell, Idea Storm, Dell Forums, Ratings/Reviews, and Studio Dell. If you have a nomination of someone that has been beneficial to the community, please share it with us. Sean M.
