Fix charging on the Streak

I thought the Streak would be a great travel device but then found out it can't be charged when the cell radio is OFF (even if wifi is on). This makes it pretty useless for long flights (using wifi, watching movies etc) as it'll likely be dead by the time I land. Every other gadget I own can be charged in "Airplane Mode" so it seems really odd that the Streak can't be. Obviously I really think you should fix this asap. Thanks.

    I've voted this up on the off chance it's true. But it seems very odd Dell would design the device in such a way. It's not as though Dell has never built anything that runs on a battery before.

    I think maybe we need to hear from a Dell rep to clear this one up.

    Yikes, did not realize this, are you sure? If so, a definate reason to avoid the Streak and a very poor decision .
