Hot Swap Battery

I carry a second charged battery for my laptop. It would be nice if when my primary battery begins to run low the laptop would enable me to swap out to my backup battery allowing me to keep working. Could the laptop use an on-board battery that would allow the 5-10 seconds it may take to swap out?

Maybe this already exists -- not sure though.

Too risky. You will need to build a internal battery, and what happens if  that goes bad.

I like the concept, but the batteries are usually pretty large. I like the size and concept behind this Mophie Juice Pack! This powerful 4000mAh external battery can charge virtually any USB device in the world including the iPhone and iPad at super-fast speeds.

P.S. There is an Android version.
