Hi sir,
     I am Nagasai.V.I have one idea about to prevent the shock in computer USB point from unearthened  plug,

By closing the opening of USB outlets and HDMI outlet by a rubber surface as  in mobilephones.

    i am not discussing about the design of the laptop but when the surface of the USB holder is touched by hands .then the current transfer from USB cable connection to our body.
    so i want the outlet should be closed by a rubber surface to prevent shocks

    The current flow was designed to be there - it's not a design error.  The purpose is to assure that the device meets all international RF emission standards.
