On a bad day someone leans to heavily on their Desktop Keyboard and snaps the clips, they then have 3 options:
• Buy a New Keyboard
• Forever have it at 0 tilt
• Use a bulldog clip to replace both legs as mentioned here and here.

Dell should sell the official part for cheap £1 ($2) each at most; after all they are pretty simple parts.
This part breaks far too commonly for example ¾ of the systems at my University are Dell Desktops and I would say at least ½ of all the Dell keyboards have broken clips. Its an annoyance. So for home and business use likewise there will be many broken keyboard clips.
Okay so the Idea won't exactly be a "cash cow" but it will make alot of customers happy if they can buy this part and it is advertised to find easily enough on a search engine.

The tape will keep it from sliding, and scratching the desk top. You can used colored Duct tape to match the desk top.sugarbear

Yeah the Bulldog clips work quite well, in my case I added a tiny bit of insulation tape to the ends.
