To solve different technical issues on Dell machines I think Dell should motivate or stimulate more training courses to become a Dell Engineer. So I think Dell should be more flexible on delivering training programs for registered partners to follow online courses for becoming an Dell Engineer. The more engineers you create, how more reliable your product become and worthfull and more people are going to like it because there is a Dell Engineer in the neighbour in your country, in your city to solve it. More availability is more efficiency.

This is a great idea. Finding someone good to fix a pc is difficult and can often be extremely pricy. A big reason many people switch to apple products is for the customer service and ease of simply going to an Apple store whenever they have a problem with one of their devices. Training Dell Engineers and publishing some kind of contact information to reach an engineer nearby could translate into better customer loyalty.Jan 19, 2012 Comment Link
