Promote

Saatchi and Saatchi S promote a "Do One Thing" pledge to jump start personal engagement around something that is meaningful to the individual.  (You can even pledge your one thing online!)


Claudia Girrbach has an article in GreenBiz about 5 employee engagement efforts at 5 different companies. I am borrowing the ideas for comment here.   (this is 1 of 5)
