“I am asking if  DELL  would be willing to Offer a PC package for a year to a Student in Need???   DETAILS     Hold an essay contest “possibly” every other month DELL pick the subject…and those that can’t afford to purchase a computer have an opportunity of Winning one!!!first 100 received will be judged every writer must pay a fee of  $15.00 per entry to DELL towards the computer they offered if DELL    agrees    with my IDEA…   please let me know what you think....
