While we currently have a catrgory for "Service and Support", this category is generally used for hardware support and hardware service. Given Dell's acquisition of Perot Systems a few years back, you might consider adding a new category of Ideas for IT Consulting Services AKA Dell Services.

Such a category would be used for Dell Services ideas: Application Services, IT Consulting, Cloud Services, etc.
