Flexibility vs. Inflexibility - Dell needs to FLEX!

When I ordered my Optiplex 360 in 2009, it came with a 320GB HD.

My ONLY option for a 2nd hard drive was a 160GB.

That is NONSENSE.

But this is only a single example of Dell's INFLEXIBILITY.

Dell needs to make more options available on a wider range of machines.

Dell needs to REORGANIZE its entire approach to sales, configuration and UPGRADES.

    Undoubtedly. At the time I wanted a bundle deal all covered under the same extended warranty. I'm not big on backing up. :-)

    Better off buying a second oem HDD or whatever than from Dell - price difference is massive
