I often try to obtain some specifications prior to issuing or preparing an proposal for purchase for my section
of a large government enterprise. In the preparation, I must submit an estimate cost of the proposed procurement.
Whenever I tried to get some estimates from the Dell website for large enterprise, I will be advise to contact 
Dell staff or login to premier store. I find that not helpful as I believed I need to list down my specs based on the
my preferred configurations and get an estimate of the price involved before I can have an effective and useful chat with the Dell staff that handles the large enterprise.
