I have an EXACT DELL LAPTOP BOX from prior repairs. Your warranty team insists I can't use it to send back my laptop. Instead, I need to wait for you to send me the box I ALREADY HAVE.

Dell spends $ to send me an empty box I already have.

I spend 3 days waiting for a box I already have.

This is somehow "good business"?

It is ridiculous, absurd, and typical, unfortunately of Dell, who infuriates me more than any single company in America other than Comcast.

Your service absolutely RUINS what could be a great company. Your products are good. Your service STINKS. IS TERRIBLE. IS THE POSTER CHILD FOR HOW NOT TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very very sad.

The shipping box has components that compress and move to prevent damage to your computer.  Reusing a box that may have internal components that have been stressed will not protect your computerin the same manner as a new box.  Waiting 3 days for a new box is time well spent.
