Add eSATA 3.0 port to M6600

Promote

eSATA 2.0 is now passe and  it would be nice to have support for fast data delivery using eSATA 3.0.  I am concerned, though, that there might be other bottlenecks as my USB 3.0 and eSATA ports have exactly the same performance.

    The Dell Precision M6600, & the M4600, already have 2 USB 3.0 ports on the right hand side of the system.  The font for the ports is in orange.
