Tell Us About the Problem Being Solved:
This laptop accessory solves the problem of straining of neck and back caused by repetitive turning of the neck sideways to read text such as hand written notes/graphics when doing typing/graphic design -– so no more sore neck or tiring quickly.

Tell Us What Inspired You:
My 10 year old daughter came up with the idea of a portable document/notebook holder that mounts on the laptop display screen's top edge to keep the hand written stories, school projects right in front of the typist.  She was doing a school project for which she has to make a poster which required a lot of typing from hand notes and reference books. All this typing hurt her neck so to avoid the pain she thought of a solution which avoided the constant turning of her neck.

Tell Us Why Your Product is Better than Current Products on Store Shelves Today:
It is a portable laptop accessory since it folds and it is very compact/light because this design has only two thin arms with clips attached on their free ends and a folding mechanism on the other ends of the arms.  Kids can use it easily as only a bottom clip has to be slid onto the top edge of the laptop/netbook screen  and the document/notebook has to be inserted into the top clip.  In places like schools, offices and homes where consumers would use this laptop accessory.

TYPE-EZ-buddy assists with typing, making it a faster and comfortable task for school kids and adults alike. 
 
 
In particular, a patent-pending portable document/notebook holder is designed as a laptop accessory which is to be used with a netbook or a laptop computer.  (see U.S. Patent Application No. 13/405,585 field on 02/27/2012 and prototype pictures at www.typeezbuddy.com) 
 
 
This laptop accessory locates a document/notebook in front of a user.  With the use of the portable document/notebook holder typing becomes much faster and comfortable since only upward and downward movement of eyeballs is needed.
 
 
The portable document/notebook holder is a compact and foldable design.  It has a very small form factor so it takes very little space and is light to carry around.  The portable document/notebook holder design has two arms with clips attached at their free ends and a folding mechanism that connects the arms on the other ends.  That’s it !
 
 
Given the above design, it will cost quite low to manufacture one and can be sold at a handsome mark-up due to its utility and need in the market.  A solid revenue stream could be generated since this product has a large market size of consumers both institutions such as schools or offices and individual users such as school kids, office assistants, graphic designers/artists, and home laptop and netbook users.
