Stop offensive ads!!!

Someone needs to implement a simple procedure for stopping offensive ads on the Dell MSN homepage.  I've clicked on "Ad Choice" on the offensive ad and gone through the process of "opting out."  It doesn't work.  It's a waste of time and effort.
