I recently purchased an Xbox game from Dell online.     I was not pleasantly surprised today to come home and find in my snail mail box an invoice from Dell with a Terms of agreement doc as well in the envelope.  I order on line regularly and have never received a paper copy of any invoice let alone a terms of agreement on paper!!!!!!   There is absolutely no need and I think you should discontinue this practice immediately.    I paid by credit card and probably agreed to the terms of the sale electronically as well.     In any event I have email confirmations of the transaction. This is all I need!!!!!!!!    Thank you!
