It will be better for dell to optimize the os boot up system since dell need to improve more in boot up time especially for defeat asus and apple. As this system are recognized as high end system. dell will be better to improve at least from small part of performance system. thx

The fast boot-up times is related to using solid state, rather than hard disk memory.

u talkin abaut software that disable non-critical Windows services ?

1.- u can disable all services in windows (all windows) without extra software
    in menu "services"

2.- i  newer gona doo that agen cos "non-critical Windows services"
like printer usage. remote usage bluetho usage and more, are all things that u gona need one day.. ( i forgot once that i disablet them months ago and got WERY bad DAY cos nothing was working and i got a lot of errors..)

and the booting performance was just 1 sec beter and its nothing
in comparison to the absolutely smooth  workin windows naw
after new instal with no junk software and service disabling
