Just watched the CNBC interview with Mr Dell, and thought it was great!  When he explaind that Dell provides an End to End solution Product & Customer Support. As a small business owner myself I can tell you  to Dell has helped our business through all our computing problems and given us great support and at a great price.  

But out of the interview came the best idea yet. A Dell RIM merger.  That has a great ring to it & all the right stuff!!
