Dell where is the new range of Studio XPS laptops. According to your roadmap it should have been released in November 2008. So why are you still selling outdated hardware to customers this Christmas.
There has been such a significant delay in upgrading the studio line and the misery continues. As a long time Dell customer I have delayed buying a laptop from you and it looks like I will be going to HP as they have introduced some really good laptops at a cheaper price.

Looks like I am starting to buy HPs as well. I must say, Dell's PCs are mediocre compared to the ones that they offered a year ago. I am buying an HP Compaq "EliteBook" 8730w (similar to the Dell Precision M6400). It offers exactly what I need. Problem is, it is very expensive, but then it is a workstation PC and the best 17 incher currently on the market.Dec 2, 2008 Comment Link
