XPS 15 CUSTOMISATION IN INDIA

Hello,
I am an engineering student & want to buy xps 15.
My requirements are that it should be fast, have good display, play moderate games like nfs, do 3d solid modeling, etc.
I have chosen the following config:
Sandy Brodge i5-2450, W7HP, 4GB RAM, RGB LED Display, 9 cell battery, GeForce 540m 2GB , 750 GB HDD @ 7200 rpm, etc.

I would like to suggest DELL to remove the 1TB @ 5400 rpm HDD as the default HDD.
Since xps is a premium laptop & also suggested as a mid-range gamming laptop it should not be slow.
What is the use of 1 TB if it cant perform fast???
The 5400 rpm HDD will be slow compared to 7200 rpm HDD.
Please try to arrange a 7200 rpm of may be 500GB HDD as the default one.

Also i would like to suggest about the price of RGB LED screen.
Usually it is priced at Rs 6287 & is available very rarely for customisation. (Currently it is not available :) )
Why charge so exhorbitant amount on just a screen?

AND why is there no special discount for students, as is offered by APPLE for MBP!!!!

    @mahapatra, i know that l503x is comming around may.
    but it will cost substantially more than the crrent price.
    also the current build is safe & stable.
    l503x may have various problems as they may be changing the motherboard.
