Promote

Relocate your customer service operations to the United States.  While my problems have been taken care of, it was obvious that the people I was corresponding with were "not from here."  Support our country.

    If you want US technical support you will need to be willing to pay a higher price for it.
    The XPS and Latitude series generally have US support.
    The cheaper Inspiron and Vostro range don't.
