Dell needs to make this program available to all consumers that purchase at least three computers a year. I personally like Dell Insider for the name, Dell More just sounds like its another joke like the "EPP" program where you really don't get any discounts, just a whole lot more marketing techniques being thrown at you.
Also, scrap the McAffee virus protection as part of the program. Only inexperienced shoppers/lazy people and non-tech savy people will actually use that. Everyone knows that you can get McAffee really cheap when its on sale. Sorry Dell, but you know providing McAffee is just a way for you to make more money, not really help people out.
Lastly, make sure the 25% discount is 25% less than what it can be bought for as a normal consumer, not 25% off of the "original price" that's about $1800 for almost every laptop. I know dell just puts the instant discount on there to make it look cheaper or look like a deal.

While I do like the idea of substantial savings for (repeat customers not subjective "valued") customers, Dell only offers 15% off the price-after-instant-savings to their employees, so I doubt 25% will be feasible. I think 15% is pretty pathetic (even with the discount, I bought an HP instead :)) and have a hard time believing that margins are that thin.theflash1932
