If I don't manage to keep up with the 'Recent replies' to threads I've been involved with, will my counter forever continue to increment? Apparently.
Solution: give us a 'button' (or just the highlighted words 'Reset counter') to enable us to set our counter back to zero.

Yes, WO, your comment addresses it more completely. Of course if Dell implements any of this, they might not implement it all at once.Dec 13, 2008 Comment Link

Better: every unread reply should have a "Mark as Read", and the "Recent Replies" page as a whole should have a "Mark All as Read". Also, Dell could restrict the page to display only unread replies, which makes it easier to keep up with new posts (http://www.ideastorm.com/ideaView?id=087700000000Dn5AAE).Dec 13, 2008 Comment Link

phubert - we are working on a method to manage your recent replies without having to click on each one to clear it. Thanks.
