Had to get a laptop battery serial number for the dell tech to send me a replacement. The serial number label was so tiny, I barely could read it. It would be alot easer for customers and for dell support to incliude this information in the BIOS so the dell technicians can just instruct the user to go in the BIOS and read the serial number from there which would be alot easier to read.
