Social tools :Socialisation with in employees, casual chats, discussion, get along with outside societies helps in generating new ideas and brainstorm it to form a structured idea or group of thoughts. My idea is to have a special discussion board for all employees to chat and right there concerns and respond to each other rather for them to keep there ideas in mind they should share them with each other and have more progress.
Here's an idea... how about Dell or a Dell rep acknowledge the threads on this site?Yes, I see that the status is "Acknowledged", but that looks scripted to me - automatic server process. We're taking time out of our day to give Dell free ideas, when we actually don't even know if our posts are being read.Perception is everything.
I was wondering if there was a way to use kinetic energy to power our devices. I was thinking maybe a ring the stored kinetic energy for the movement of your finger could provide a charge for your phone. I understand the capcity would not be very large but this could be incorperated into bracelets necklaces and or watches. The power could even be swapped through Qi charging so no wires would be needed.
We all have the technology that we carry everywhere with us, and it always seems to die before we are done using it. I know, personally, I am tired of carrying around multiple chargers in my daily bag for all my techonology devices. Maybe if we could evolve the way we charge our tech products? By the sun, energy, longer batteries being installed, etc. I think solar powered charging could be really beneficial, especially people who do not have the benefit of working inside with plugs.
How annoying is it when you're browsing on your desktop for recipes, find one you want to try, and then you have to email yourself the link so you can pull it up on your laptop, smartphone or tablet in order to make it "mobile"!?! There needs to be a way for the basic home user to have a desktop or browser that's available to follow them in it's state between devices.
We could make the screen part of the laptop detachable and put a battery in that. It would essentially function as a tablet when detached. We could also put a battery in the keyboard part as well. This would give it two seperate battery sources which would function together power the laptop.
I think it would be cool if there was a case design with photo-reactive features (i.e. when the system is running, parts of it become transparent). It wouldn't have to be a lot, as the coating is placed on tempered glass areas only, so you could add it to sections where there might be led fans, or the gpu/ram areas.
The cameras in the Dell Precision laptops should be compatible with Windows Hello login. Facial recognition is a lot quicker for those of us who do not absolutely need fingerprint access. The Precision lineup fits what I need (processing power, ports, etc.), but lacks a compatible camera. Thanks!
Think of a device something like a keyboard (foldable to make the size smaller so that it can be carried in pocket) with embedded projector or something like that( I believe a mobile was available in market similar to that ).Then this will be connected to network through WiFi and office servers. This should be used as laptop in offices. What is the benefit:Major one is data security that is threatening most of the organizations. This is because no data is saved in the device, everything directly gets stored in secured servers.Added advantages,1)less physical network requirements in office2) less office space, since no space required to install docking stations or desktop3) no data breach due to loss of deviceNot sure if this is something that is achievable or its already available.Your views please.
House the screen in some kind of extendable sleave or on a sturdy metal bar/rod that allows you to have the screen at eye level. Laptops are awful for your neck!
