Fix nested "images" category in "my rejected items"

The "My Rejected items" page in the community profile contains nested "Images" section. This does not make sense, cause "My Rejected Items -> Images -> Posts" is always empty, AFAIU.  I'd suggest to remove this section, and make "My Rejected Items -> Images -> Images" just "My Rejected Items -> Images".

Touchpad

I have been a Dell customer for 30+ years for myself and various businesses. I would not buy another Dell laptop unless the touchpad was centered under the G&H keys (like the spacebar).Touchpads should be centered under the G&H keys (like the space bar). When placed off-center, touch typists (like myself) inadvertently set off the touchpad with parts of our hand and with heat from our hand. No sensitivity settings help. Lenovo and HP are going back to centering their touchpads underneath the G&H keys. Dell should do the same. For a good example, look at the Lenovo Yoga 920.  I can't imagine why any computer maker would NOT want to center the touchpad under the G&H keys (like the spacebar). Dell has some models with correct touchpads, but not the one I need.If you have a good reason for NOT centering your touchpad under the G&H keys (like the spacebar), I'd appreciate if you could let me know what it is. Would any customers be upset if the touchpad were centered under the G&H keys (like the spacebar)? I'm very active in design, and always interested in how these horrible design mistakes get perpetuated.  Thank you.

120 Hz Monitor option on the New Dell Inspiron 15 Gaming 7000 (7577) and White Letters Option

Hey all,I really want to push Dell to implement a 120 hz monitor option on their new laptop of the 7000 gaming line. A quality gaming experience really needs a higher refresh rate than just the standard 120 hz. For people like myself, a higher refresh rate really improves the game quality of FPS and is just an overall smoother experience in and outside of gaming. I understand that the Alienware line has the 120 hz option, but as a consumer, not everyone wants a flashy Alienware.I don't anything that screams, "GAMING" and from what I have seen other people feel the same way.  As for the white letters on the keyboard option, it could help some people see the keyboard better because the red is really dark on the black.Other companies such as HP have implemented this in their Omen 2017 gaming laptop line for an extra $60 and I really want the same to be available for the Dell gaming laptops. I would not hesitate to spend the extra money for the better refresh rate. Dell, you have been highly criticized for the display that lacks on your 5000 gaming line and if you guys could implement this option as soon as possible on the new 7000, it would be amazing!

Natural Disaster Triage Teams - Retrieving Memories and E-Waste Collection

These are 2 ideas are inspired by Hurricane Harvey and other natural disasters. What if Dell engineers traveled to communities (globally) that have been hit by natural disasters and helped people:1) Recover seemingly lost data from their devices e.g. the "cake eating" photos from their child's first birthday party  2) Provide dumpsters for clean up crews to dispose of electronic waste responsiblity.Details of ensuring someone "owns" the device they are seeking to retrieve data from would need to be addressed, as well as other logistics to ensure the materials could be reused by Dell Corp.  I believe this is a great "feel good" effort to kickstart. It is a great way to get e-materials are routed to Dell for reuse/purpose. I welcome your thoughts. And, I'd love to help. Please let me know! Thanks!

Terms and Conditions of Warranty

We should have a video of  the terms and conditions of the warranty" and what to expect when contacting Dell for support. The video should show up after the initial setup has been completed on every system/segment and their warranty entitlements. It should also apear on the Desktop as a shortcut, windows 10 Tile, Dell support site, Dell community forum etc... This will be a win-win for our business and the customers.

Keep Long Term Customers Happy!

I think it would be a great idea if DELL had a customer service department that could help with problems related to DELL computers. For example, I have a new XPS 13 (6th Gen, $2,200) and the hing on the lid broke. After prepaying $300 to have it fixed I still don't have it back or know when it will be repaired - no parts apparently.I have two allegedly customer service representatives who both e-mailed to ensure I was happy with the service I received. I emailed them both back and mentioned that I was not and, after nearly a month, I still do not know when I might get my computer back they did not bother to respond.Just a simple idea to keep in contact with a very upset customer who has been buying DELL's for myself and my clients for the last 20 odd years.
