M18x Support for Alienware in India

I think M18x should be supported in India and Dell need to promote its advertising/marketing of alienware in India, and customisation should be allowed in India, it was a pity we couldnt upgrade to the 680M in the R4, but hopefully that wont be the case in R5.

I have had an unpleasant time with Windows 8.I want to purchase a Dell Inspiron all in one with Windows 7 but have been informed that Windows 7 is no longer available and I MUST get Windows 8 (ugh). Why can I buy a Dell Optiplex 9010 all in one for example with Windows 7 only.Is this not ONE company (Dell)??
