I have made a bunch of posts today. I actually signed up for this site so that perhaps it would get to the person that is making these luke warm decisions about your product offerings. Why is it that you offer 512GB SSD on some products and NOT on others? Are they not the same mSATA connection inside? Couldn't you make $100+ dollars on the upgrade? I tried to configure a XPS 12 and a Latitude 6430u with 512GB SSD and the option is not available on your site AND I could not get anyone from sales to get them configured. I currently have a 320GB 7200 RPM drive with a second bay with another 320GB 7200 RPM drive (in the optical bay). How do you expect us to downgrade to 256GB? Why should I have to buy a laptop from you guys with the lowest SSD (64GB), then go to another retailer to get a 512GB drive and reinstall everything? This just makes so little sense to me. I'd love to personally speak with someone at Dell about these situations I'm having. dootndo2

This is extremely frustrating. I already have a laptop that I purchased 3 years ago. Dell Latitude e4310 that has 8 GB of memory. Considering that a fully spec'ed XPS 12 comes in at $1800, there is plenty of room to grow for those of us that require more. Why can't I get 16GB of memory? You offer other laptop products with the same Ivy-Bridge chipset and the same Intel 4000 Graphics card. This makes no sense to me. None. I am a developer by trade and need to get the "next generation" device. New software options require more RAM to successfully run in VMs. SharePoint 2013 in a VM requires at a MINIMUM 6GB of RAM. On a machine with 8GB, my productivity would be severely limited. Not to mention that I already have a laptop that has 8GB of RAM in it. The XPS 12 IS that device for me. I'm unclear why you guys are unable to offer paid upgrades or at least allow us to customize it upward. These technologies exist in the marketplace and tough when you're in the market for new laptop and it has LESS features then the one you're replacing. dootndo2

I have been looking at the Dell Latitude 10 since it came out. I almost bought one, but it was stuck in a pending status so long, I cancelled the order. Anyway, what's been keeping me from ordering one right now is a couple things. Memory and drive space. If I could get one with 4 GB memory and a 128GB SSD, I would have already ordered it. Even if it's a little more money, it would be worth it.

I applaud the fact that dell offers a recycling program for their printer cartridges however, why should we send them back to Dell when we can get a $3.00 rebate per cartridge at Staples Office Supply. The price of the carteidges from Dell are the same price at Staples so I see no incentive. I use a fair amout of cartridges for my business and am very satisfied with my V-515W printer but if Dell wants my carteidges they will have to match Staples. So Dell, get with the program and you'll have my business.

I was planning to buy a gaming laptop, so the obvious choice was Alienware. I chekced the price of them on Dell India site, i was absoloutely baffled by the price when compared them with the same laptop price in USA. Alienware laptop cost more than double of what they cost in USA or any other market, even on ebay India site they are much cheaper than those listed on Dell site. I also checked with the import duty levied by the indian govt. on alectronic good and found out that after adding duty's,local taxes, importing charges and all handling charges applicable they will still cost less than 2/3rd of the listed price on the dell site. I guess dell doesn't want's to sell alienware laptop in india, so i bought another laptop at less than half the price and i can play almost all the games at medium settings.

I really liked the dell insiron z touch but it has no option of buying microsoft office home and student with it. If you make that available it will become such an irresistable deal. Please do that.

Sometimes customers are not satisfied with Sales Rep/Sales Mgr's responses about dealing. Escalation process should be followed If Customer not satisfied with Sales Rep/Mgr about the Deal or Payment or Offer. There should be option in dell website for customer to choose sales escalation. If customer not satisfied with dell sales Rep/Mgr's response/answers, they should have option to escalate. Seperate team for handling this request and find out what problem is customer having and try to resolve and close the deal. this will create more business from the customer.ThanksSiva

My suggestion to Dell would be, before starting asking for other´s ideas, start using responsible and comitted companies to do their deliveries to clients. In Brazil - I don´t know why or how this has happened - Dell has elected a low-quality / low comitting transportation company. I´m trying to understand which open or hidden reasons took Dell to make this choose. So DELL, before ask what your clients can do for you, try to fix your quality and poor comittment problems with your clients before !I´ve bought 3 notebooks with delivery date set to Dez.21st. and so far I´ve got nothing ! My relatives to whom it was supposed to be a gift and myself are frustated. If you want to track this purchase, the order number is [Redacted] !!

I was just ready to purchase a $2.5K M6700 mobile workstation but was told I could not use my Dell DFS Preferred account since that is good only for "consumer" computers. In this day and age do we really assume we need this artifical category of Home and Business? If I have a Dell account with the credit to make a purchase, why does Dell care if it is an individual or a business? I received a long, complicated explaination from a rep saying it would be illegal for Dell to sell me this laptop if I was not a business. Huh? Whatever, I will take my business to HP and buy a high end mobile workstation there.

HelloI thought about submitting this idea to protect people working in 7/11 , petrol stations where thugs sometimes show up with weapons and threaten them.My idea is to make a controlled fence that can goes up and down instantlly to prevent thems from harming people working behind cashers. Additionally an under foot trap room in the floor can be built infront of the casher desk and connected to a duress alarm that would activate the doors in case of a threat (Hopefully the casher does not hit the button by mistake to trap an innocent person hahaha )cheers
