Explain the status tags somewhere

It seems like you just added a whole lot of status tags like "** NOT NOW **" or "** NOT LIKELY **". Could you please add an official list what these wonderfully laconic codes mean? Lose the category 'COMING SOON'

All the ideas under the category 'COMING SOON' have been coming soon for a very long time, and there isn't really any difference with the category "IN PROGRESS' except that 'coming soon' implies that you'll get it soon, which we are not...so umn....lose the category because it makes us feel like fools.

Some ideas have hundreds of comments. The pages are very long and it's annoying having to scroll all the way down every time. And I can't imagine how difficult it must be if you use a screen reader to try and get through them all. (Not that IdeaStorm actually works with a screen reader at all). Can we please have comments in multiple pages once there's a lot of them, instead of one long list? It's just common sense - this must be the only website in the world that doesn't put them on multiple pages. (It'll be easier on your server too. I mean look at this idea: http://www.ideastorm.com/article/show/61771 The whole page is well over a megabyte download every time you want to submit or edit a comment.) How come everytime I come to ideastorm now, I have to relogin? The old system used to remember my ID and pw. Is this function going to be set up shortly?

Make it easier to tell if you voted up or down on ideas

It's hard to tell which ideas you have voted for becuase they only change to lighter blue/gray. If you vote Up an idea the idea should turn green and it should turn red if you vote down

First my compliments to Dell as one of the few companies that really listen to their customers! Impressive numbers, starting in February 2007 and now having: - Contributed 11,403 ideas - Promoted 655,004 times - Posted 85,209 comments until now. Very good how the community is updated via the blog which ideas are implemented but I would like to see how many ideas are implemented in total so far. Showing that in the numbers of the "General stats box" on the right of the screen would be interesting in my opinion. Status Update We have added Ideas Implemented to the widget on the right for General Stats

Please add a link to Dell.com to the top of the page of IdeaStorm. You have links to your other sites so why not the main site? P.S. don't merge this one (dell_admins) like you did my last one. Status Update At the top of the page, there is a link to dell.com.

Ideastorm: to recognize new participants, ADD a 'top RECENT contributors' list

The Top Contributors list has individuals who likely are NO LONGER participating as well as many who've BEEN participating for quite some time.How do RECENT contributors get recognition?If it is desirable that NEW participation is to be encouraged and that RECOGNITION is one way of doing so, then the site needs a 'recent contributors' LIST.Status update: With the recent update to IdeaStorm we have added the ability to see Top Recent Contributors based on their last participation on the site. Refresh the ideas/points count

There seems to be a very big difference between the number of ideas and points shown for different users of ideastorm and the actual number - the one you get if you count the ideas manually. It might be good idea to refresh the count, however it is that you do that.... Please don't delete this idea. Thanks Status Update Personal points for IdeaStorm users have been refreshed.
