I started out at Dell in Tech Support including Online Services where I was the second Dell portables technician ever and the first Dell portables forum moderator. Because of this, I attended the engineering and quality meetings as a "voice of the customer." All of which was great fun! I was also an L3 for too many years, but now help sales build out large opportunities.
