We truly appreciate the ideas and creativity from our fans and customers and rest assured we take this feedback into account as we work on future generations and products. We understand the need for expansion and the need to have that great gaming tower that many of us crave. We cant comment on future or unreleased products but we can definitely keep this idea in mind as we look toward the future.
thanks as always for the great input. We can't discuss future or unreleased products and we do recognize the need for greater graphics power in the X51 product line. In fact, many enthusiasts have already taken that leap to the GTX670 with the current X51 unit as the 330W PSU does have enough power to drive that card. As always please keep the ideas flowing and we will always consider them in our product line.
As GPU technology advances the trend continues to move toward more efficient graphics cards that provide you with more performance per watt than previously possible. X51 was created with the goal in mind of achieving that balance of performance and size.
All cards that fit into X51, like GTX670 for example can be supported and don't require anything more than the currently provided 330W PSU. Cards with larger power budgets are also typically too large to fit into X51 (for example GTX690). For those power users we wholeheartedly recommend our Aurora system that has both single and dual graphics card configurations to satisfy the hungriest of performance/enthusiast appetites.
