Ok so some let's say top gaming laptops can have liquid cooling system which efficiently could be much better than air one so processor/main board/graphic card could be overclocked more without risking overheat... This should include small tank/processor, graphic card and main board should be built in water slide and some small fan to push heat that cooling liquid absorbed. I don't tell that will be cheap system and only for laptop 15,6 or bigger...Gaming laptops aren't being bought by beginners so completion fluids shouldn't be hard. Only laptop should has soft that power off laptop if cooling liquid is below critical level to prevent damage, also it should remind to fill tank.Sorry for my language but I'm not from English speaking country.

This looks like a very good idea, you should put this on all laptops/computers, though make sure it can filter out background noise and succesfully recognise everything you say, whatever accent you have or however fast/slow/slurred you are, as some voice-recognition technology is just terrible for doing those simple tasks, and can get "worse hearing" over time.

surely there's a laptop out there that can't be beaten? perhaps one with great specks and not a single down-side? Idea-a laptop that really is the best, perhaps with the following specks:-Cost below £2000, not everyone has a massive wallet.-large screen, over 15", look more toward the 17-19" mark-long battery life that doesnt wear out over time, if it's 5+ hours, let it stay that way 'till it dies, not be down to 1 hour in less than a year-good cooling system, most laptops have a big problem with over-heating, place components in good places and have more than 1 fan, perhaps even a "breathable" keyboard, backlit keyboard=bonus-a lot of memory/storage, 120GB, 7200rpm hard drive, a Duo core processor and at least 2GB of RAM-at least 4 speedy usb ports-blue-ray/re-writable dvd drive-HDMI port, to connect it to the TV at will-good quality webcam and microphone-windows 7-wireless broadband access built-in, to keep people from being tethered to Wi-Fi hotspots-advanced 3D graphic chips, along with 512MB of dedicated graphics memory-Great sound system-3 year warrenty, a good laptop should last at least 3-5 years.it'd be great if it looked nice too, such as the alienwares, but less chunky, and have a cool name, like... Wolf, or wolvenware or something. I'd buy one for sure!

I'm assuming it's going to be refreshed with Haswell/Core 4000 series. What I more or less require for the high end skus (i5/i7) Iris or Iris Pro graphics Make the dock stand a proper dock with gigabit ethernet, additional monitors, usb ports, etc (or make it an optional more expensive dock/stand) Thunderbolt and/or hdmi/displayport for a second monitor (possibly in the dock) 256 and 512GB ssd options I would like to replace a 17" desktop replacement laptop with the xps 18 tablet/all-in-one. Laptops are getting smaller these days... and I like the mobility, but I like larger keyboards and mice so if I can keep a decent screen size (18" vs 13-15" for a nice laptop) and just skip the laptop keyboard/trackpad altogether it seems like a win to me. I always prefer wired ethernet though (see dock) and use at least one additional monitor (again dock) and do occasionally play some games (iris/iris pro) and do some couch web browsing (tablet). Ideally I could remove the tablet from the stand/dock without having to unplug all the usb devices/additional monitor(s). I don't want a usb->hdmi conversion like some of these usb3 docks are doing, I'd much prefer a true external monitor connection.Other nice to haves Possibly a higher res option (like 2560x1600) wacom digitizer

1st upper layer: single key holograms, each key has a sensor for a fingertip close to the key2nd medium layer: golden conductor lines on the plastic layer3rd bottom layer: adhesive surface attached to the deskSwitching on a coherent light source and the keyboard gets visible. Instead of pressing a key, you put your fingertip right into the single-key-hologram.

Now a days..the touch phones are becoming so popular..But the important thing ,is safety..In means.while handling a touch the fullsize of the phone is needed...but while speaking its not neeeded..As people would like to talk for more than hour...so people prefer headphones..but a recent research telling that headphones are very dangerous..because there should be distance between the ear drums and the speech sound...And also the sweat may spread on the screen of the mble..That may also affect the phones..But without head phone..its too hard to carry the phone near to the ear..because of its size..so what i am telling is why cant we roll the phone into a pen size...I got this idea from seeing a new laptop which could be rolled and put it into a chart box..itz amazing..so we can use this technology for phone..to make it in a better way..

Hello. I just purchased the XPS 18 and I love it. I think that you should recreate a case with an integrated keyboard and stand...similar to the iPad. I see that the XPS 18 is heavier than the iPad so it would take more innovation but I am sure it can be done. Being that the XPS is is wider than the keyboard that it comes with, you could make the case with an integreated keyboard and a trackpad next to it. The width of the keyboard aid trackpad aside it should be about the same width as the XPS 18 right?

In this age of 1TB HDD's and 64GB Flash Drives being available dirt cheap, I guess we can do away with DVD Drive on Alienware M14x. I believe a very small fraction of AW users actually use DVD Drive. If we remove DVD Drive, we can make space for an extra SSD/HDD Slot, and a separate Fan+Heatsink for GPU which will allow dell to give us a more powerfull GPU. Maybe we can even make the GPU user replaceable like CPU. Benefits are numerous if this idea is considered. Benefits:1) Powerful GPU2) Option to have use replaceable GPU card3) Install separate Fan + heatsink for GPU which will mean smaller fans and quiter operation4) Remove DVD Drive to make room for numerous features: -Larger Battery ( 10 Cell? ) or - Slot for additional storage drive (HDD/SSD) -Lighter Laptop with maybe less thickness - Space for more connections like thunderbolt, Optical out, S/PDIFIf DVD Drive is something that can't be removed, atleast present users with two different variant of M14x. One with DVD Drive and other without it. Just like apple has Retina Display Macbook and Older Macbook.I am sure with resources available to Dell R&D team, this is something feasible. I am sure other M14X ( or even M17X) users will agree with.

Hello,In the T7600 can you please change the configuration so that there are more than just two USB3 ports available. One rear and one front. As most devices are now USB3 it makes sense to have perhaps half USB3 and half USB2.Also, Thunderbolt which came out in 2011 is still not available and some external devices are not working as fast as they could. For a top end machine I would expect that it is able to connect to external devices at top speed.ThanksGraham
