Dell Computers in Spanish and other language

In United States lives millions of latin americans. You should sell computers in spanish and other languages. Think in the markets of Miami, Orlando, New York and Los Angeles.

Which Spanish? Latin American or European? My acquaintances, if they speak Spanish, they speak European Spanish. And what portions of the computer? The keyboard? The OS?
