I would like to suggest implementing the integration some items in your product line. Let's get creative like Apple and start making multiple use items...
Break into the VOIP market....
The VOIP corporate telephone system is totally Avaya at our company. This could sooo easily be tied into a keyboard dialing and monitor viewing of messages and use of headphones and microphone as a standard "telephone handset". Not sure this would be more than software? This could tie voicemessaging into email even?
Less screens more function....
LCD TVs and LCD computer screens. Let's make one and maybe computer gaming will exceed Playstation, Ninetendo, Xbox because you can see the big screen with computer games
More interconnectivity....
Let's tie peripherals like a printers, mutli function units and palm pilots back to the monitor to really see what you are doing and ease organization.
Excercise and computers (sounds green huh?)
How about developing activity based programs with certain software companies to help increase the health of people working on computers all day? Similar to what Nintendo has begun. Some games for kids (like dance dance revolution) and some for excercise for adults that are interactive (like wrist strap for health monitoring) encouraging elevated heart rates for extended periods of time?
VIdeos and Cameras...
How about some easy reviewing of digital media? How great to get with Canon and Nikon to utlize quick reviewing on a notebook or desktop instead of downloading all the time. Professionals would love this to ensure stable shots and clear pictures.
Internet Answering machine...
Let's help alleviate the $100+ bills from cable companys and give them some competition. How about internet and answering machine through your home computer. Dial an IP?
Internet voice recognition...
An internet phone call recived by the computer can give return number or IP address while voice activated messaging records a message that is iterated to mp3 file, word document, palm pilot text message, email or printed? Your choice!
Just some thoughts taht I think you could sell....
