Michael Dell needs to have a "Contact Me" link on the homepage of Dell.com

I can't believe you do not have a way for customers to contact you directly! Most major, successful organizations place a method "on their homepage" for customers to contact the CEO of their company.

You're missing out on opportunities to resolve problems that go unresolved by your lower employees.

11/19/07		 He certainly does! The I can ask him where my XPS 700 Motherboard upgrade pack is?!!! I can also then annoy the life out of him about Linux and leave poor wee DA1 in peace.
