Standardize the email subscriptions on Direct2Dell

I have noticed a difference in the emails sent out from Direct2Dell. Some are getting more than others. We need some standardization to this.

premcv 11/16/07	Haven't checked my mails in a few days. But I get a few a week. So, what determines who gets how many? How are they sent out and when? I would suggest to have a weekly Newsletter style mail sent out (1 every week) that charts out all that needs attention.
sugarbear 11/16/07	On Direct2Dell you sign up for emails. Some of us are getting a lot and some are getting a few. There is no preferance selection on frequency. Some, like davcm dosen`t want as many as he is getting from Dell.
phubert 11/16/07	I'm getting more than I can keep up with... but it really isn't a long list... IS there a difference, sugarbear?
sugarbear 11/16/07	I`ve been getting from two to six aweek. Except when Dell is doing something special like Oracle, then I get more. Davcm said he gets many a day.
