Outsourcing, Philippines is the way to go!

Hey Dell, im just wondering when are you guys gonna expand your customer and tech support services in the Philippines? i mean, to say it frankly, i'd rather talk to a neutral accent'd filipino that would work with you to resolve a problem than a thick indian accent'd Indian that would speak like a machine gun that would rush the resolution in your concern.

11/11/07		 Nagh, its too far alway and still suffers from quality due to the high humidity manufacturing must deal with. Alaska would be better, half the year the sun is out all the time so people could work more and the other half its dark all the time so who cares if its day time might as well be working, how can you beat that? Plenty of space to build a plant, way out in the boon docks so who's going to really come and check for safety violations and any of that OSCHA (sp?) requirements. There's plenty of trucking year round, we've all seen those ice road shows on Discover. Its in the USA so people could brag "its a US built computer", but I know we'll have to get outsourced man power from where ever, I have no preference as long as they work for cheap.

Jan 23		 Everyone should know that Filipino language are more inclined to adapt to speaking in english than other asian or indian person. Outsourcing to the Philippines can be possible though I don't know the strategy on this by Dell but it's worth the recourse.
