why is dell being so stuburn start offering xp in the new xps 1420 jjust like you do
in xps 720, then I would buy one!!!

11/01/07		 I, for one, think it would be silly to get XP on the 420. I'm strongly interested in the 420, but with a second NONE webcam monitor. The whole point of the machine, with the mini viewer, is to be a Vista machine.

I'm tired of windows XP, and the parts I've seen of vista, have me very interested. I almost bought a 410, but thankfully dragged my heels, until this better model arrived. Its SO on my christmas list.

Jul 5		 Sorry. Dell has realized that Vista is the best operating system available and won't be offering XP on any of their new machines, unless they loose their minds!
