Dell Time to start implementing Ideas much faster! Your dominace of 2nd place is being threatened

Looks like 2nd place isn't as safe as you would of thought it to be. Times a wasting and you're the one wasting it.

Unfortunately, jmxz only wants the top 6 ideas to be inplemented and wants Dell to forget about the rest. Also, you yourself, jorge, suggest that IdeaStorm be "locked down" until dell_admin1 has no work for 60 days and reduce the workweek to 40 hours. That way, Dell will never focus on the rest until 2010 - when it will already be in 4th or 5th place. The right solution is to get more employees for IdeaStorm and Dell in general. That way, there will be more people, and thus faster implementation of ideas.

I have a few popular ideas - and the score of my idea about including all the reinstallation discs is above 21,000! It has been under review since July 20 - and I posted this comment on October 20 - that is three months! If it were inplemented, people would be very satisfied with Dell - and possibly, some people would switch to Dell. Unfortunately, Dell does not want people to change ideas to make them even better. Some good ideas (like offering multi-boots between Linux and Windows and offering 3 GB as an option for memory on all PCs) have only the Under Review tag, but most do not have a tag at all!

Hey at this point I'm throwing everything up at them, concentrating on one thing was a waste of time, also, everyone knows I rag on dell_admin1 enough I thought I'd throw a bone out with the one you mention, at the same time you have forgotten my countless over throw ideas, and my new one which is still on! I used more spin than a marketeer on speed, so they're probably still spinning themselves.

I sense frustration winoffice. I think they have fallen behind marking things, dell_admin1 also makes promises to follow up on questions but forgets. September 27th she made a promise here she hasn't followed up on. http://www.dellideastorm.com/article/show/70377

I agree that we need to move faster on implementing your ideas and informing you of the status of your ideas. You're right jorge - thanks for pointing it out. I'm sorry we're not moving more quickly... it would certainly make my job easier. :) I do want you all to know though, that as we refresh and then announce our product lines, you'll see more and more of your feedback and ideas incorporated. Just as you did over the spring and summer when we announced various products. It's part of our product development cycle, and the top ideas are reviewed every week. We've had a lull recently in 'Ideas in Action' but I'm looking forward to having more soon. Thanks for your continued participation here... and your extraordinary patience!

By then you'll be in 3rd place, Keep it UP! That goes for the rest of the team too!

Can't wait for that new No-OS v 2.0! Developers must be hard at work!

jorge: No-OS cannot have a version, because no OS on a PC means no software (including but not limited to an OS - other software also needs an OS) at all, and subsequently no software versions (e.g., version 2.0). Therefore, there is no such thing as No-OS 2.0, just No-OS.

You're not getting it winoffice, but there is a version none the less because we just gave it one.
