Make the Precision work stations better looking.

I like the specs on the new Precision 6300 but it looks like a
darker grey version of my Inspiron 6000. Why hasn't Dell tried to make
the thing better looking? The least they could have done is put it in a
Latitude case.

09/04/07		 Yes it is a little better but you think they could design something new. XPS M1330 is an awesome design and everything since has been same old same old.

09/04/07		 LOL, true jorge. I suggested a Latitude case which I prefer over what is currently offered. I don't see anything like the M1330 for a precision.

09/05/07		 Volvo used to have the same thinking with their safe but "boxy" vehicles but recently they have changed because they noticed that people like style along with performance.

12/07/07		 I've got a 6300 and for what it is, I think it looks great. A little on the heavy side and not exactly the most portable of laptops though. My only gripe is the lack of a serial port. It's not like there isn't enough room on the chassis.

Apr 7		 Certainly appreciate the M6300 refresh in terms of gpu, cpu, etc. but can you provide "some idea" when the exterior will undergo a refresh? Next 60 days... more or less?

May 29		 It must be about time that they refreshed the outer case - Im loving the new system specs but the case just looks so dated now.... Any idea on timescales...?
