Dell has 30 days return policy with full refund to customer. Dell always has sales on different items on their Website. If person bought the item and in the next 30 days found this item for a cheaper price on Dell website he / she can always return previously bought item for full refund and buy it again from Dell for discounted price. In this case Dell will lose money on picking it from customer, reselling it and shipping new item to customer. Instead customer should have ability to notify Dell about this situation and receive difference in price as a credit. This should apply to desktops and notebooks with similar configuration as well.
