I would pay extra to have my Dell systems delivered within a specific hour of my choosing.

Missing pacakage delivery and then having to go to the local delivery center is very time consuming, tedious and delivers a less than stellar customer experience.

07/14/07		 Delivery companies are paid to deliver pacakges, their drivers cant adjust routes to meet everyones needs wihtout adding more staff and more trucks, also this would be less green. get a public mail box (UPS store) or have it delivered to work. I've had dell deliver to work in the past, I now have a public mailbox so I dont miss shipments or have stuff left on my doorstep.

07/14/07		 You need to talk to your designated UPS/FedEx/DHL delivery person and arrange an arrangement on the delivery of your packages when you are not home. Like a good neighbor who's home during the day or a specified spot if you're willing to do that, and yea shipping it to your work address works as well.
