Dell - Tell us if this explains why it's so hard to get No OS on many Dell models?

The Idea is that if there's a reason like this that Dell won't offer No OS on more systems, they should just come out and say

The Idea is now that Dell should tell us if that explanation is true.

08/05/07		 oh look! people are voting against this idea! i wonder why? what possible reason could anyone who isn't an employee of microsoft or dell (or another first tier oem) have to vote against this idea?

or maybe i should consider the idea that a whole industry lives and thrives because of this policy? making money off the common person...
