I ended up having to schedule for pick up at a UPS customer center during weekday, traditional business hours. Almost not worth the hassle versus buying a PC at retail. I suggest that Dell coordinate deliveries for convenient customer pick-up with either Target, Wal-Mart, or another mass retailer that operates a customer service desk and is accustomed to handling hi-val merch in their retail location back rooms. Could offer other marketing opportunities and/or synergies besides.
