DellConnect can also be used with chat representatives. If you want to talk with a chat representative, logon to http://support.dell.com. On the right side of the screen there is an option to “Chat Online with Technical Support”, select this option. You’ll need to enter your systems service tag and then you will be able to chat live with an agent. Sometimes there may be a short wait time, but it’s an alternative to waiting on the phone.
