Please offer a Vista Media Center PC w/ full CableCard Support please make sure it follows the following conditions:
- silent
- CableCard support
- Look and feel of stereo quiptment
- Energy efficient

06/18/07		 Since cablecard tuners must be sold with the OEM PC and cannot be bought as an accessory later (due to cable company restrictions requiring a special matching BIOS), Dell should start offering media center PCs with a cablecard tuner built in (supporting the MCard that allows 2 signals to be decoded at once so you can view live/record or record/record at the same time). Vista with Windows Media Center is really hobbled without the option for cablecard support that allows decoding HD signals and unlocks your channel packagge including premium channels.

09/25/07		 Dell is offering CableCard Tuners, but they are external and two are required for live/record or record/record, and it is only with a XPS 410 that would look very awkard in living room or den. Dell should offer a system that has the internal card such as the MCard. Other companies such as Sony have similar systems with the Sony XL3 and Alienware has the Hangar 18 HD Entertainment Center. Please offer a system that incorporates a nice case that would fit aesthetically and have internal tuners.
