Ubuntu on a notebook or no OS installed

I don't want to pay for Windows. Ubuntu is a very good and in my view better OS system. I looked for a notebook without windows installed. I cannot find it. Please make it possible to buy a Ubuntu linux pre-installed notebook, or nothing installed at all.
